2. All customers are strongly encouraged to first make a short (2 - 3 minute) call and check their bills the next day. Once you have ensured that your calls from this service are included in your inclusive minutes and you are not getting any extra charges, you can call to your heart's content.
3. The service is available for Post Paid account users of selected mobile networks in the UK only. The user's account must have remaining inclusive minutes to be able to make the free call.
4. The inclusive minutes available should be for cross-network calls.
5. If your international calling duration exceeds your available inclusive minutes, you will be charged as per the pricing plan of the mobile network you are using. In other words, the service is only free if you have inclusive minutes.
6. We do not provide any guarantees about the quality of the calls you make through our 07 numbers.
7. We may use your email and/or SMS to send you marketing messages from time to time. This may include (but would not be limited to) providing you with new access numbers to make your international calls.
8. We cannot be held responsible for any bills or costs that you incur with your mobile network provider.
9. By using the our system and using the access codes provided to make international calls, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated here and any user failing to do so can be locked/barred from using the service further.
