Subscription Process

To avail the offer, customers first need to move to Jazz 24 Ghanta Package and then subscribe to the offer.

For conversion to Jazz 24 Ghanta Package:

Customers can convert to Jazz 24 Ghanta Package using one of the following medium:

• Dial USSD *304#
• Dial IVR 123 and select 3 for package conversion (Listen to the instructions and opt for Jazz 24 Ghanta Package)

Every customer’s first package conversion is free, while subsequent conversions will be charged at Rs 15+Tax
